Q: What are the advantages of using a CD-ROM over traditional analog tapes?
A: The advantage of a CD-ROM is the ability to have an entire conference (up to 50-hours) on a single disc that can be used on any computer. Additionally, it is much easier to scan through audio material on a CD-ROM than on a analog tape.

Q: What if a particular conference has over 50 hours of recorded material?
A: Conferences with over 50 hours of recorded material will include an additional CD-ROM at a cost of $10 per additional CD-ROM.

Q: What audio format do you use for the CD-ROM's?
A: Our CD-ROM's contain the MP3 file format that can be played on your home/office computer or an MP3 player.

Q: What quality can I expect from your recordings?
A: The quality of audio is comparable to FM Radio, but generally depends on the amount of material on a CD-ROM.

Q: How do you record the conference?
A: We use a variety of recording methods ranging from digital hard disk recording to minidisk, and DAT.

Q: What is included in the cost of your recording package?
A: All recording packages include the cost of mastering, duplicating, labeling, and protective sleeves for media, plus shipping to association or sponsor for distribution. Additionally, we will provide conference planners with promotional fliers to be included with pre-conference mailings and on-site registration packets. There are no additional costs!

Q: What are the advantages of using your service over traditional recording
A: Our primary advantage is price and compactness of media. We can get a 50-hour conference on one CD-ROM for as low as $14.95, and only $10 more for a second CD-ROM if the conference has over 50-hours of audio content. A second and equally important advantage is the ease with which a CD-ROM can be scanned for information, with instant ability to accurately retrieve information, no matter where it is located on the disc.
