On-site Conference Recording
Our conference recording packages can range from $14.95 to $29.95 per attendee. Prices vary according to package features and number of attendees to be served. Our basic package includes the following:

• Recording of all sessions for which we have intellectual property releases (including all keynote sessions and special interest small group sessions).
• Mastering, duplication and labeling of conference CD-ROM's.
• Free promotional fliers to be provided with conference packets and materials.
• Delivery of completed CD-ROM(s) in protective sleeves to event planners within 10 working days of conference end.

Virtual Conference Packages
This package includes scheduling of up to 25 speakers for 30-minute call-in presentations with a professionally recorded introduction. Our inbound telephone studio uses broadcast quality recording equipment that has excellent voice reproduction; that can reproduce audio similar to a strong AM radio station.

Audio Newsletter Packages
Our newsletter package includes up to four 15-minute presentations on a standard CD. Audio may be phoned in at a predetermined time, transmitted via the Internet FTP or sent in on audiocassette, DAT, or CD-ROM.
